A diary of a transformative journey
Sometimes images can say more than a thousand words and it is up to you to decide how much you want to take in.
The following writing and images have been developed on my own path to liberation - which I am still walking and probably will for the rest of my life. Healing is not a destination but tiny steps you take towards profound transformation. It’s a never ending journey because everything is constantly changing, everything is impermanent.
I do not publish this because I know better, nor because I want to fix you, nor even because I live under the illusion that I have the right or power to do so. Far from it. Nothing and no one else can save you. Only you have this power, the responsibility and the privilege.
Those, who are already facing this incredible adventure, can only inspire you to embark on this journey and motivate you to carry on when harsh moments hit you.
And they will hit.
They have to.
Your pain is your main guide.

This is a short extract of the introduction to my book-in-progress. It presents the central idea that healing is a creative and transformative process, not simply about fixing what’s broken but about rediscovering and expressing the true self. Each of us already carries within ourselves the wisdom and strength to give suffering meaning, to discover liberation, and to return to a state of harmony and wholeness.
The chapters in my book will likely contain more images than words. I believe it’s important for each reader to explore theory, wisdom, and knowledge through their own research and experience. The writing serves mainly as a companion to the images—offering brief explanations and reflections from my personal journey.
Each chapter includes several images, as both I and my creative expressions continue to evolve. In this section, I share one of these images as a source of inspiration.
I invite you to experiment with this process yourself. Remember, it asks not for artistic skill or perfection, but for courage, openness, and self-trust.
